"Hatha" refers to the physical practices of Yoga including:
  • the breath
  • postures of the body
  • quieting the mind
People have been practicing Yoga for more than four thousand years, and there are currently millions of people who practice regularly in the United States. That's a lot of bodies affected by Yoga!
